Kenya Water Security and

Climate Resilience Project

(KWSCRP)

We partnered with the World Bank and Government of Kenya to transform how the Kenya Water Security and Climate Resilience Project communicates progress and manages critical infrastructure data. By developing comprehensive Management Information Systems and Power BI dashboards, we enabled real-time monitoring of KPIs across the Lower Nzoia Irrigation and Mwache Dam projects, giving stakeholders unprecedented visibility into project performance. Our responsive project websites with integrated CMS became central hubs for transparent public communication, while our data analytics framework provided insights for strategic decision-making. The result: streamlined reporting that serves both World Bank requirements and government accountability goals, improved cross-stakeholder alignment, and accessible public access to project progress through mobile-optimized, SEO-enhanced platforms.
